What is the difference between partner and re-seller?
There is absolutely no difference. As soon as you become
our reseller we also call you as our Partner.
What I have to do to become your re-seller?
All what you need to do is select any one option of our

How will I become operational after payment is made?
As soon as your payment is received we will credit
the amount to your account, inform you your Username and Password
so that you can start registering names on real time basis.
Does my money lapse with you?
No, it never lapses. There is no time limit. You can
utilise it always at your discretion.
Can I avail your Real Time Registration option?
Of course, yes. You will be able to make registration
of names on real time basis through us.
How do I know that the domain is finally registered with
Internic?
When you are operational, as soon as you submit any
name you will receive an instant acknowledgement, which will
confirm registration of the domain on real time basis with
Internic.
Can I continue registration if I have not renewed
my package?
Yes, you can continue submitting names for registration to
us, which will remain on our database, and as soon your renewal
payment is received & upon crediting your account, all
the pending names will be registered automatically through
our system.
Is there any price restriction for re-selling the
names?
No, not at all. You can market the domain to your customers
at any price you want.
As a re-seller can I register names for myself?
Yes, of course. The package is yours & you can
use the whole package for registering names for yourself.
How do I register hosting packages from you?
We give you an option at the end of the registration form
to select any package from us. Whenever you select any hosting
package from us we shall debit your account for the domain
name you have registered and await to receive your payment
for the balance package amount. As soon as the payment
is received, your hosting package would be made operational
. While making your payment also deduct your applicable commission
and the cost of the domain unit and make us the payment for
the balance amount.
How many units I will be charged if I register a name for
more years?
You have to pay one unit for each year of registration
and hence if you register a name say for 4 years, you will
be charged 4 units for the same.
Can I cancel any name which I have already registered?
No, the name once registered cannot be cancelled. Hence
please be careful in submission of your name
Can I ask for cancellation of any pending registration request?
Yes, you can. But it is advisable if there are many
such pending requests it would be better for your to start
with a fresh reseller ID through our system, instead of requesting
for several cancellations.
Will my pending requests get registered automatically after
payment?
Yes,
of course all pending requests from you would get registered
immediately upon receipt of your payment and crediting your
account with us.
Can I ask you to send all confirmation to me only and not
to the registrants?
Yes,
you can and we shall send message only to you.
In any one registration can I ask you to send confirmation
to registrant?
Yes,
you can do that by doing through the default settings.
What is the time limit for registering the name
under your reseller package?
No,
there is not time limit. We shall maintain your account with
us till such time you utilize your units.
How do I host sites for my clients? We
shall inform you the necessary guidelines for doing so and
you shall face no difficulties.
What happens if a domain name is registered with
wrong spelling?
There is nothing that can be done once
the name gets registered. Hence we would request you
to check the spellings before submission.
Can I change my password? Yes,
you can always change your Password through our Manage Domain
section.
How many units for one Domain under all the 3 TLDs
.com .net org. ?
You
shall be charged 3 units for the same.
How many units for one Domain under TLDs
.biz or .info ?
You
shall be charged 1 unit per domain and registration is for
minimum 2 years. For each additional year registration 1.5
units will be the charge.
How many units for one Domain under TLD .ws ?
You
shall be charged 3 units per domain. For each additional year
registration 3 units will be the charge.
